Crock Pot Garlic and Herb Steak and Potato Bites

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or chuck roast diced
  • lbs small gold potatoes
  • ½ yellow onion sliced
  • 1 stick garlic & herb butter or regular butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ tbsp Adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp Kinder’s Cowboy Butter seasoning
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 packet pot roast seasoning
  • Cornstarch slurry as needed

Method

  1. Add the beef, potatoes, onion, butter, beef broth, and all seasonings to the crock pot.
  2. Mix everything together, cover, and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
  3. For a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with a little cold water to make a slurry. Stir it into the stew and let it cook for a few more minutes until thickened.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
