These chicken tenders make the perfect addition for a quick dinner. I also like to meal prep and use these tenders for grilled chicken salad!
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp adobo or all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
Instructions
- Coat chicken tenders evenly in mayo and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine seasonings and cornstarch in a mixing bowl, then distribute evenly on to chicken (I like to use the ziplock bag method)
- Place the seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400ºF for 20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
- Remove and serve warm with dipping sauce of choice
- Note: No air fryer? No problem. This recipe can also be made by lining chicken on a baking rack and baking the chicken in the oven on 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
