
Oven Baked Ribs
No Grill, No Problem!! These oven-baked spare ribs are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Seasoned with a simple dry rub, baked until perfectly tender, and finished with a sticky layer of BBQ sauce, they're an easy way to enjoy delicious barbecue right from your oven.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels
- Coat both sides of the ribs with a thin layer of yellow mustard to help the seasoning stick.
- Generously season the ribs with all-purpose seasoning and your favorite dry rub.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet meat side down.
- Bake for 2 hours.
- Carefully remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap the foil.
- Brush the ribs generously with your favorite BBQ sauce.
