
Oven-Baked BBQ Beef Flanken Ribs
These oven-baked BBQ beef flank ribs are seasoned with the perfect spices, slow cooked until tender, and finished with barbecue sauce for the perfect sticky, flavorful bite. This easy recipe delivers barbecue style ribs right from your oven with minimal effort.

Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Place the beef flank ribs in a large baking dish. Season both sides of the ribs with the onion powder, garlic powder, Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning, and steak seasoning blend.
- Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce evenly over the ribs.
- Sprinkle the diced yellow onion over the top of the seasoned ribs.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully uncover. Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Cover the dish again with foil and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a thicker, caramelized BBQ glaze, uncover the ribs during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
