- 2–3 lbs party wings
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- Sauce:
- Buffalo sauce (about 1 cup, or to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, season the wings with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss until all wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet or wire rack.
