Sheet Pan Nachos

Sheet pan nachos are a quick, no‑fuss way to feed a crowd. Just pile everything on one pan, melt it in the oven, and you’ve got a crunchy, cheesy snack that’s ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 15 oz nacho cheese sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 bag of nacho chips
  • Toppings of choice (lettuce, sour cream, pico, guac, jalapenos, salsa, etc)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook ground beef in a skillet on medium-high heat until browned.

Remove any excess oil and add in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.

On a large sheet pan, spread the tortilla chips in an even layer and set aside.

In a separate sheet pan in a slightly smaller size, spread the cheese sauce evenly. Top with the cooked ground beef. Then shredded cheese. Add jalapenos if desired.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Carefully pour the cheese and meat mixture on top of the sheet pan with the tortilla chips.

Serve hot and with your favorite toppings.
