Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey (Ground beef works as well)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 13 oz Teriyaki sauce
- olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 12 equally sized meatballs.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and light coat with oil.
- Add the meatballs to the skilled in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes so that they brown evenly on all sides and cook through completely.
- Once the meatballs are fully cooked. reduce the heat to low.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet and gently toss the meatballs until fully coated.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is warm and slightly thickened.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or veggies.
