Creamy Baked Spaghetti

If you're looking for a way to switch up your regular spaghetti night, you have to try this Creamy Baked Spaghetti! I added Boursin cheese to make it extra creamy, topped it with plenty of cheese, and baked it until nice and bubbly. So easy to make and definitely a family favorite!

Ingredients

Meat Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 8 oz jars spaghetti sauce
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp Adobo
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles cooked

Creamy Spaghetti

  • ½ stick butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Colby jack cheese for layering

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, Adobo, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper.
Add the spaghetti sauce and stir to combine. Let the meat sauce simmer while preparing the noodles.
Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions and drain.
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the heavy whipping cream, mozzarella cheese, and Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is creamy.
Add the cooked spaghetti noodles and toss until well coated.
In a baking dish, start with a layer of the meat sauce.
Add a layer of the creamy noodle mixture, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, finishing with a generous layer of cheddar cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and nice and golden.
