Meat Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 8 oz jars spaghetti sauce
- ½ tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp Adobo
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt & pepper
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles cooked
Creamy Spaghetti
- ½ stick butter
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Colby jack cheese for layering
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, Adobo, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper.Add the spaghetti sauce and stir to combine. Let the meat sauce simmer while preparing the noodles.Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions and drain.In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the heavy whipping cream, mozzarella cheese, and Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is creamy.Add the cooked spaghetti noodles and toss until well coated.In a baking dish, start with a layer of the meat sauce.Add a layer of the creamy noodle mixture, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, finishing with a generous layer of cheddar cheese on top.Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.Remove the foil and continue baking until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and nice and golden.
