Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Place the beef flank ribs in a large baking dish. Season both sides of the ribs with the onion powder, garlic powder, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, and steak seasoning blend.
- Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce evenly over the ribs.
- Sprinkle the diced yellow onion over the top of the seasoned ribs.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully uncover. Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Cover the dish again with foil and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a thicker, caramelized BBQ glaze, uncover the ribs during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
