Bang-Bang Shrimp Recipe

This recipe is one of my favorite shrimp recipes. The mix of sweet and savory is perfect for any occasion!

Bang-Bang Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp
  • 1 cup cornstarch or flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tsp siracha
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and siracha in a bowl and stir.
  2. In a second bowl, add the cornstarch and coat shrimp in cornstarch, remove excess.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet on medium to high heat
  4. Fry shrimp on each side until lightly brown (two minutes each side)
  5. Once fried, coat with sauce, garnish with green onion, and enjoy!
