Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Salmon
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar or brown sugar replacement
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste
- combine butter, brown sugar, garlic, and spices in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium high heat until sauce thickens and remove from heat.
- Pour sauce over salmon carefully.
- Top with fresh lemon slices
- Cook for 10-12 mins or until salmon is cooked all the way through. Base with glaze halfway through.
Notes
Add a dash of red pepper flakes if you enjoy a little more heat in your salmon.
