Cajun Lemon Pepper Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs party wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Clean and pat dry wings with a paper towel, removing any excess water.
  • Transfer chicken wings to a large mixing bowl or ziploc bag.
  • Drizzle wings with olive oil and add in the spices; 1 tbsp lemon pepper, 1 tbsp Cajun powder, onion powder, garlic. powder, and salt. Shake until combined well.
  • Add in baking powder and shake until combined again.
  • Coat your air fryer in cooking spray and Air fry wings on 390 for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  • While chicken is cooking, melt 1 stick of butter and combine 1 tbsp lemon pepper and lemon juice.
  • Drizzle the mix on to cooked chicken.
  • Toss and enjoy.
