Roasted Cabbage Steaks Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat Rating: 3.5/5 ( 38 voted ) Pin Print Ingredients 1 small cabbage head Olive oil (generous amount) about 1/3 cup Minced garlic (I use about 2 tbs) Salt and pepper to taste Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove stem on cabbage and remove the outer layers. Cut cabbage into 1/2-inch slices and lay in a large baking dish. Brush cabbage steaks with olive oil generously, then add garlic, and salt/pepper.
