Steak Foil Pack

Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye steaks, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 2 broccoli crowns, cut into florets
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion pepper
  • steak seasoning
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • heavy duty foil

Instructions

  • boil potatoes for about 8=10 minutes until slightly tender.
  • in a bowl, toss the ribeye pieces in worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, garlic, and onion powder. 
  • lay out 4 large sheets of foil 
  • divide the potatoes and broccoli evenly between the packs, add the steak directly next to them. 
  • place 1 tablespoon of butter in each foil pack
  • add a little extra steak seasoning, salt/pepper if you want more flavor
  • fold the foil tightly closed so that the steam stays inside
  • cook in the oven on 425 degrees for 40 minutes. 
  • carefully open the foil packs to release the steam and mix everything together.
