Ingredients
- 2 Ribeye steaks, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 2 broccoli crowns, cut into florets
- 4 tbs butter
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion pepper
- steak seasoning
- salt/pepper to taste
- heavy duty foil
Instructions
- boil potatoes for about 8=10 minutes until slightly tender.
- in a bowl, toss the ribeye pieces in worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, garlic, and onion powder.
- lay out 4 large sheets of foil
- divide the potatoes and broccoli evenly between the packs, add the steak directly next to them.
- place 1 tablespoon of butter in each foil pack
- add a little extra steak seasoning, salt/pepper if you want more flavor
- fold the foil tightly closed so that the steam stays inside
- cook in the oven on 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
- carefully open the foil packs to release the steam and mix everything together.
